A Magical Evening of Wine Tasting, Fun and Friend

Downtown Burlingame, CA, August 31, 2023– On August 30, over 230 community members sauntered down the streets of Downtown Burlingame to taste a variety of wines from Rose, Burgundys and Melots to Proseccos and Chardonnays hosted by the local merchants.  Participants discovered great wines and got to know the business owners, making friends along the way. 

The wine walk was a resounding success in another way, as well!  Needed funds were raised for the Burlingame Downtown Business Improvement District (DBID) to be able to expand the festive tree lighting and décor people desire during the holiday season! 

Thanks to the Burlingame/SFO Chamber of Commerce, co-sponsor, that helped with logistics and marketing!  They also helped with the Red Hot and the Saltines & Marshall Law Band live entertainment on Burlingame Avenue & Park Road between 5:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.!

The Burlingame Downtown Business Improvement District (DBID) represents over 500 Downtown Burlingame businesses.
