Meditation is a great tool for any stage of life, but can be especially helpful during motherhood. Take a moment for yourself and join us for this free, virtual guided meditation. You'll learn breathing and meditation techniques from our certified yoga instructor that will calm the nervous system and leave you feeling refreshed, centered, and grounded. You'll be able to take these techniques with you and practice when you need it most; morning, day or night. No matter how you juggle kids, work and life, meditation can help you stay centered and be well.

Gentle movement will be incorporated to help tune in with the mind-body connection. No equipment is required.
